""I am having an extremely bad experience with this agent. They increased the insurance premium after I had completed the transaction. I provided all the required information, received a quote, and paid the full amount for my 6-month policy. However, after nearly a month, I received a new bill with an adjusted increased insurance rate and was not satisfied with the agent's explanation. I needed a convincing answer, but they told me to contact State Farm Corp. When I contacted State Farm Corp, they confirmed that I had paid for the full 6 months and didn't need to do anything further. State Farm is not bad, but this agent is terrible.""

"I had a mechanical issue on 5/12/24 (mother's day🙃). I had to have my car towed. I called Jill Gilliland (my agent) this morning (5/14/24) and she had my reimbursement check ready by 12 noon! She was great! She kept in touch with me through out the process. I could not believe the fast, courteous, helpful service I received. Thanks Jill and State farm!"

"I had the pleasure of going to the Phenix City branch office this morning because I could not post a payment on the app (for some reason), and I'm glad I did. The woman who took my payment made me feel like she was there just for me. (I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but she was awesome.) She not only gave me great service, but even gave me a homemade cookie she had baked herself. Her presence was inspiring. A company is only as good as the people they hire to represent them, and she represents you well. She deserves a mention, and I really wish I could do so by name."
